Our doors and windows can be manufactured to fit virtually any opening size, while carefully taking into consideration the structural framing and any special code requirements of the building where the door will be installed.

Castle Entries iron doors and windows are created, delivered and installed by experienced artisans, skilled craftsmen and construction experts committed to creating the most pleasant and memorable experience for our residential and business customers. We maintain the highest possible level of integrity and honesty in everything we do. Our doors are manufactured to the following general specifications:

• Door panels are made of 12-gauge steel with 1/2" to 3/4" solid hand forged wrought iron for the design work
• Doors are fully-insulated with polyurethane foam injected into the door panels and window frames
• Door frames are squared and leveled before the door hinges are positioned and welded to ensure a smooth, silent operation of the door
• Each door includes a glass panel that opens independently from the door with glass stops to accommodate 1/4-inch to 5/8-inch thermal safety glass
• Our paint process is completed in a clean paint booth environment. After fabrication, the door is sand-blasted to prepare the surface to receive multiple protective and decorative coats that include a hot zinc spray, anti-corrosive primer, base color, hand-applied decorative finish and matte clear coat
• The quality methods and engineering best practices used in the construction of our iron doors enable Castle Entries to offer a 10-year limited warranty on the workmanship of the door and a 5-year limited warranty on the finish. Today our warranty is among the best in the iron door industry
